The kids wanted to open their Christmas jammies right after church so they could spend the rest of the day in comfort.
We made our traditional gingerbread houses. Roman opted out. You know... because 13 year olds are too good for everything. Actually, I wasn't really feeling it either
Marisa and Ezra did a great job though.

Grandma and Grandpa were able to come spend the night and morning with us which was great.
The kids enjoyed their gifts.
The gift wrapped in 10 envelopes. A winner.
I think the big bear was the real winner!
The snow was also a hit. The kids are probably starting to think that every Christmas will be white.
The kids had fun making their snowmen while we shoveled the walks.
The rest of the week was pretty chill. We watched a lot of movies, played with friends and just enjoyed our time off.
We stayed up late to ring in the new year.
The kids lit sparklers, and made a lot of noise to celebrate.
Watch out 2018! Here we come!
