Easter 2020
Easter was the same as always, Too much candy. Plus some lego sets that kept them busy for all of 10 minutes.

Spring Break 2020
We were supposed to be in the Gulf of Mexico on a large ship. Then, when that was canceled we were supposed to be in Ohio. We canceled that because the situation seemed to go from bad to worse and there didn't seem to be a good enough reason. So we stayed home.
It started with my 40th Birthday. What a bust!
A break from online school and work was nice, but it was one less thing to keep our bored minds occupied.
I planned a few day trips despite the governor's directive to stay home.
The trips we did were pretty tame though, so.... they don't count right?
We went to 9 Mile Canyon in Carbon County.
It is this canyon that is actually 40 something miles long and is full of petroglyphs. There were maybe 4 other cars of people in the whole 40 miles. I think we were safe.
We drove and saw and enjoyed being out of the house.
It was a beautiful day!
A couple days later we drove to Topaz Mountain. This time we caravaned with friends, but kept our distance (mostly). It was such a nice day and good grief that place is in the middle of nowhere! So many places in Utah to be apart from people but not stuck inside.
We found pockets of topaz and climbed over mountains. It was fun.
It was a spring break for the record book but I think we'd all just as soon forget about it. I guess it was good that we did things we likely wouldn't have done otherwise.
