Ezra didn't cut his hair for about 9 months. He loved it mostly. It was kinda gnarly.
He had a transitional cut for a week testing out the mullet waters. Some loved it. Some hated it. He didn't like it.
So we went to my favorite, just a regular old haircut. So handsome.
Roman has accomplished another 6 months in the mission field.
I am amazed at how fast time flies! In the last six months, Roman has been in two different areas.
He spent three transfers in Peoria Illinois. He really liked the area. There was lots of work to do and he enjoyed his role as a zone leader. He had two companions in the area Elder Watkins and Elder Larsen. They had a couple of weeks of freezing cold weather that made going out dangerous. But they got a lot done including a baptism.
A few weeks ago he was transferred out of Peoria to a town called Ottumwa, IA where he is training Elder Cofer. This area was previously a Spanish speaking area so they are busy trying to find people to teach and things to do
I'm here at home trying to get the whole college thing figured out. It's not the same beast it was when I was 18. But we'll get it figured out.
The next six months are going to fly and he's going to be back here before we know it.
