So, I'm going to cram a whole month in one post. Cause that's how I roll. Right now I'm feeling like next year might just get crammed into one post. but I hope that's just the January Blahs talking.
So here it is:
Marisa had to have some blood drawn this month trying to get to the bottom of some tummy troubles she's been having. This cartoon was on the wall. I laughed. Still no real solutions to the tummy troubles. But we've ruled out a few things.
Roman made the 9th grade basketball team.
He's having fun and learning a lot, and improving. At least I'm guessing that he's improving. He'd have to with the hours he spends at practice. He just gets not very much playing time and it frustrates the heck out of me and I think gives me a little PTSD from my basketball days. But I'm trying not to be that mom. So I'll stop there.
Thanksgiving was hosted at my house.
We made some candy turkeys to pass time while we waited for the real thing to be done cooking.
We also had my niece Ashely over and Shane's family. It was nice.
After dinner the kids went with the grandparents for the rest of the weekend. Roman had to do 8 hours of service for scouts so he tied several blankets for the church humanitarian aid.
The other two played and did projects that grandma came up with.
Roman and I were given tickets to a football game. It was cold but we had fun.
